FriYAY Välling Smoothie

Välling & Raspberry Swirl

  1.  Thaw 0.8 cups of raspberries and mix with 4 tablespoons chia seeds, 0.4 cups water and a larger pinch of vanilla.

  2. Blend 3 tablespoons of Välling with 2 cups of water, 2 bananas and 2 pinches of vanilla.

  3. Poor the raspberry mix in the bottom, cover with the Välling blend. 

  4. Swirl. Enjoy. It's FRIYAY!
